Welcome to the 2025 Parade of Homes!

Our Registered Builders and their teams have once again created an incredible showcase of homes for you to enjoy. The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour, and tickets may be purchased in advance online at Eventbrite (scan the QR code on front) or at any of the beautiful homes on tour during the event using cash or Venmo. As you tour these homes, I hope you’ll notice the quality and attention to detail that goes into each project. Behind every home is a story of hard work, dedication, and countless hours invested by our builders, tradesmen, subcontractors, and vendors. The Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association is proud to represent so many talented and hardworking members, and I know you’ll see that craftsmanship reflected in every home you step into. We also want to pause and sincerely thank the many sponsors, committee members, and volunteers who give of their time and resources to make this event possible. Much of the “behind the scenes” work often goes unrecognized, yet it’s the backbone of this Parade’s success. We couldn’t do it without them. The Parade of Homes is more than a tour, it’s an opportunity to discover inspiration, connect with builders, and experience the very best of what our community has to offer in homebuilding.
