Appendix - Part I of Report DACA Eligibility In order to qualify for DACA, an applicant must: • Have been under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012; • Have traveled to the United States before reaching their 16th birthday;

• Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, and up to the present time; • Have been physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making their request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS; • Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012, meaning that: • They never had a lawful immigration status on or before June 15, 2012, or • Any lawful immigration status or parole that they obtained prior to June 15, 2012, had expired as of June 15, 2012; • Be currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general educational development (GED) certificate, or be an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; • Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more other misdemeanors, and not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety. 115 Appendix - Part II of Report LRIF Eligibility Requirements Liberians can adjust their status to lawful permanent resident, based on LRIF, if they meet the following criteria: 1. Properly file a Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status or to Register Permanent Residence. This must be received on or by December 20, 2021; 2. Be a national of Liberia; 3. Be continuously physically present in the United States since November 20, 2014 through the date the application is properly filed; and 4. Be “admissible” to the United States for Lawful Permanent residence or eligible for a “waiver of inadmissibility” or other form of relief.
