Welcome to the 2023 Parade of Homes. Our Registered Builders and their teams have once again built some amazing homes for you to enjoy. The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour and tickets may be purchased in advance online at Eventbrite (scan QR code on front) or at any of the stunning homes on tour during the event using Cash or Venmo. (@lthba) We hope as you visit the homes and notice the quality and attention to details from our Registered Builders that you also can understand the countless hours invested by those involved, to make these homes a reality. The Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association (LTHBA) is blessed to have many reliable and hardworking members. During your time in these houses, we know you will recognize the skills of our local builders, tradesmen, subcontractors and vendors. We must also take the time to thank the many sponsors, committee members and others involved who make this event happen. None of this gets done without their volunteering of time and money to ensure our Parade of Homes’ success. A genuine thank you to all involved in the “behind the scenes” work who will never be acknowledged enough. Thank you for choosing to attend this event! From Towne Mall, turn right onto N Dixie Ave (US- 31W S). Go for 0.1 mi. Turn left onto Ring Rd. Pass Target, and go 1.3 mi and turn right onto Pear Orchard Rd. Magnolia Gardens entrance is on the left just past Grace Heartland Church.

2- 115 Hollow Bridge Dr, Elizabethtown Brantingham Builders Inc From Towne Mall, Turn right onto N Dixie Ave

(US-31W S). Go for 0.1 mi. Turn left onto Ring Rd, passing Target. Go for 1.3 mi. Turn left onto Pear Orchard Rd. Go for 1.1 mi. Continue on Bewley Hollow Rd. Go for 1.5 mi. Turn left into Mill Creek Subd which is Hollow Bridge Dr. Go for 456 ft. home is on the left.

From Towne Mall, turn left onto Dixie Hwy, at Best Buy Red light turn right onto Pear Orchard NW. Drive about 1.5 miles and turn right onto Covington Ridge Rd, then turn left onto Weston Dr, then left onto Brighton Ct. Home is on the left.
