Making Our Aspirations Concrete The commitment of leaders is pivotal in operationalizing each one of the goals we’ve discussed this year concerning community engagement, systems alignment, and the human services workforce. Longer-term, systems-level change necessitates that, together, we continue to advocate for modernizing policy, investing in infrastructure and workforce, fostering partnerships, and smartly utilizing technological solutions, including the responsible application of autonomous technology. By working toward these goals and

fostering these changes, the human services sector can be better positioned to act on the needs of families and communities everywhere.
