ithout a broad picture of the populations that human services agencies and their philanthropic partners serve, moving the needle on a wide range of commu
nity outcomes can be difficult. Information is key: agencies, and their partners, cannot hope to meet clients’ needs without data that are both comprehensive and current. The challenge is not only locating that data, but using it effectively, utilizing advanced analytics to improve results in communities, whether that means alleviating food insecurity, making available specific medical care, or helping constituents access benefits for which they are eligible.
