Leaves of absence taken in connection with a disability leave plan or workers' compensation injury/illness shall run concurrently with any FMLA leave entitlement. Upon written request, the Agency will allow employees to use accrued paid time to supplement any paid disability benefits.

If you have questions regarding this FMLA policy, please contact the HR Manager. The Agency is committed to complying with the FMLA and, whenever necessary, shall interpret and apply this policy in a manner consistent with the FMLA.
