Rooms are equipped with computers and printers, but not copy services. Business centers are located in APHA hotels and the CCC. Session Presenters were required to upload their presentations by Oct. 26 to alleviate any onsite problems. Anyone who missed the deadline should go to the Speaker Ready Room at the property where their presentation is scheduled at least 16 hours in advance of the session. APHA’s Internet Café enables registered attendees to access their email. Registrants will also be able to search the Online Program, confirm room locations, utilize the personal scheduler, print out messages and visit the Virtual Expo.
