If you run into any errors or technical issues please review the below to see if any of the solutions listed will help you solve your issue. • Sometimes error messages occur due to site refreshes or glitches. When this happens, we find if you could log out of the account, clear your cache and history, then log back in and enter your order that usually fixes the issue. • Also, you also need to make sure that you are entering the correct billing info in both screens (credit card screen and billing info section).
