If for some reason you log in and can’t find a product or get a blank page please be sure that you click “Shop” on the navigation bar as shown below. That will open up all the categories for you to browse and purchase items.

Don’t have a company credit card to enter to complete your order?

We have set up the sites as credit card only. To circumvent this we need a list of items you want to order. We will then manually create an invoice for those items and email it to you. Most users will take a screenshot of their cart and email this to us. Once the invoice is paid the materials will be shipped.

Need to pay an invoice you received in order for it to be released to you?

That is easy! Maggie is our A/R manager. To make payment for this invoice you may send an ACH deposit, send a check or call me to make a credit card payment over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If there is an issue with the invoice or if you have any questions, please let me know. I can be reached directly at 443-270-9768.

A hot menu item template is attached to this pdf if you are in need of one to help you print out your property specific hot menu items. To view, open in Acrobat, go under the View menu > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Attachments.

If you run into any errors or technical issues please review the below to see if any of the solutions listed will help you solve your issue. • Sometimes error messages occur due to site refreshes or glitches. When this happens, we find if you could log out of the account, clear your cache and history, then log back in and enter your order that usually fixes the issue. • Also, you also need to make sure that you are entering the correct billing info in both screens (credit card screen and billing info section).

Shipping issues: Please select the arrow for the drop down, there you will be able to select Enter a custom location and add your address. Please see attached screenshot. Let us know if you have any further issues. Users must fill out each required field for the ship to.

Credit card issues: Sometimes error messages occur due to site refreshes or glitches. It would be great if you could log out of the account, clear your cache and history, log back in, and enter your card information again along with double checking your billing and shipping addresses are correct and match!

New property opening:

Below is the job aid that shows everything that you should be receiving. The second picture details the items that we supply.

• We are not shipping out Kits for any new opening properties until 3-4 weeks out from their official opening date to avoid loss of these kits that has been happening with properties under construction getting the product too early. Marriott HQ is pulling opening properties from Oasis so please keep your date current with all address, GM email or other responsible on property associate, and Phone information.
