WELCOME TO TRAY’S ONLINE ORDERING SITE FOR MARRIOTT MOBILE DINING COLLATERAL

These instructions are applicable for all brands

Landing Page View

After logging in, click on “SHOP”

Now available to order } Once logged into the site, please locate your property-specific mobile dining Q R code on your computer for ease of uploading to the TRAY site. You must have access to the Q R code to proceed. If you are not sure what this means please contact your GM for guidance.

Catalog Page View

Before choosing a catalog be sure to know which category your hotel is hosting. Then select the catalog that represents your property’s capability.

} Digital menu only: The patron has the ability to scan the Q R code and see the available items on your menu but cannot order using their mobile device. } Digital menu & ordering: The patron has the ability to scan the Q R code and see the available items on your menu and order these items using their mobile device.

Category Page View

Choose any item

} Select any item to continue.

Step 1

Click here to choose and load your QR code image from your computer.

} Click to add the appropriate Q R code image.

Step 2

Click here to upload your QR code image from your computer.

**Any NEW QR Code image added will be saved here in this library for future purchases. You will not need to add it again. If you are coming back to order additional items using the SAME QR Code image, upon returning you can skip steps 2-6** **If you need to load a DIFFERENT QR Code image, you will need to delete the old QR image. See Appendix A for full deleting instructions**

} Click on the “Upload Image” button to upload the appropriate Q R code image.

Allowed File Types .gif .jpg .pdf .png .jpeg

} Click on the “Upload A File” button to upload the appropriate Q R code file image.

Step 4

1. Choose QR code file from your computer

2. Click “Open”

} 1. Locate and select the appropriate Q R code image from your computer. 2. Click the “Open” button to begin the uploading process.

Step 5

This window will open while your QR file is uploading.

} Upload progress will be displayed while Q R file image is uploading.

Step 6

Your newly uploaded QR code image will now appear

in this library. Please single left click on it.

} Your new uploaded image file will be here in this library. Please single left click on it to proceed to the next step.

Step 7

Please click on “SELECT IMAGE”

} Confirm selection of Q R code image.

Step 8

You will see the QR code image here. Please click on “Preview” to view the live proof.

} The Q R code image is now visible, click on “Preview” to view the live proof.

Step 9

Please preview live proof

} Preview the live proof with your Q R code image in the “Generated Preview” box.

Step 10

Select Quantity and Add to Cart

} With your Q R code image placed, now select your quantity and add to cart. } Items to be ordered will now be visible within your cart. To order additional items with the same Q R code image, return to the proper Mobile Dining catalog and click on the appropriate item within the category view. Then repeat steps 7-10. If you need to delete the current Q R code image and order items with a new Q R code image, see steps in the following Appendix A.

APPENDIX A BEST PRACTICES ON QR CODE DELETION

Step 1

Single left click on the QR code to be removed.

} If you need to load a new Q R code image, you will need to delete the old Q R code image. The old code image will appear to the left in the library window as shown above. To delete, single left click on the code image to be removed.

Step 2

Click on trash can icon

} A pop up window will appear. Click on the trash can icon in the upper left hand corner of the pop up window.

Step 3

Click on “YES” to confirm

} Click on“YES” to confirm deletion of the Q R code image.

Step 4

Blank library

} The image library is now empty. You may now upload a new Q R code image by following steps 2-6 detailed in the beginning of this guide.
