Meet the New Digital Government Hub— Your Open-Source Library for Using Design, Data, and Tech in Improving Digital Delivery

D iscover the Digital Government Hub—a dynamic, open-source reference library for anyone using design, data, and technology to improve and enhance government service delivery. The Hub is a col laboration between the Digital Benefits Network and Digital Service Network at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University and the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). The Digital Government Hub combines the Digital Service Network Library and the Digital Benefits Hub, creating a new central location for the digital government materials you need.

Co-creating the Hub The Digital Government Hub started as prototype websites that sought to experiment with how to offer resource libraries to our practitioner-focused audiences through the Digital Benefits Hub, Digital Service Network Resource Library, and Civic Design Library. Originally launched at APHSA’s Information Technology (IT) Solutions Management for Human Services (ISM) Education Conference & Expo in 2022, the Digital Benefits Hub was a first-of-its kind website that cataloged best practice resources for leaders working on digital public benefits service delivery. It showcased easy-to-find resources, case studies, and implementation tools to

n Visit the library where you can search with keywords or filter by the topics and concepts that are impor tant to you to access more than 1,200 resources and examples from more than 400 organizations. n Check out the 14 topic pages for a collection of relevant examples and resources, gathering everything in one place. n Dive into special curated sections with resources related to Benefits and Talent. n Submit materials to be featured on the Hub or download the data. The data powering the Hub continue to be open source, and all content is freely available.
