8 Emma Legacy - Midfield Playing midfield for the Saints, Emma has been a part of the Saints lacrosse program for all four years of her high school career, playing on varsity since her junior year. During the summers, Emma played for Maryland United Lacrosse Club. Emma has also been a member of the field hockey team for all four years and ran indoor track for the Saints her freshman and sophomore years. She was recognized as the Unsung Hero for theindoor track team her freshman year, the JV field hockey MVP her sophomore year, and the Unsung Hero for varsity field hockey this past fall. Emma is a member of the National Honor Society and is an Honor Roll student. Emma will play lacrosse and field hockey at McDaniel College next year.

Emma is a strong defender that is feisty and plays solid team defense. Her tenacity helps our defensive unit keep the pressure on our opponents’ offense. Emma will play field hockey and lacrosse next year at McDaniel College. Good luck, Emma! - St. Mary’s Girls Lacrosse

10 Katie Ochall - Defense A defender for the Saints, Katie has played lacrosse for the Saints for all four years of her high school career, starting on varsity since her sophomore season. During the summers, Katie played lacrosse for Chesapeake Club Lacrosse. In addition to her accomplishments on the lacrosse field, Katie’s dedication to athletics has earned her the distinction of being an Iron Saint, playing a sport every season for all four years of her high school career. She has played four years of field hockey for the Saints, two years of basketball, and two years of indoor track. She has been named twice to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association, and was selected to play in the field hockey senior all-star game her

senior year. Additionally, Katie set the school record for the Shotput in indoor track. Katie is also accomplished in the classroom and her school community. As an Honor Roll student, she maintains a 3.9 GPA, and is a member of National Honor Society. Additionally, she received an award for excellence in cinematic arts and is actively involved in the Student Athletes in Leadership (SAIL) program at St. Mary’s. Katie has also devoted a significant amount of time to service in her community including Special Olympics, Quikstix youth lacrosse team, and Last Chance Animal Rescue. Her accomplishments on and off of the field have earned her an athletic and academic scholarship at Campbell University where Katie will play lacrosse next year.

Katie is a solid one on one defender that we use to mark an opponent’s top attacker. She is quick, scrappy and has the ability to get the ball out of our end. Katie will play at Campbell University next year. Good luck, Katie! - St. Mary’s Girls Lacrosse
